before it is accepted for upload on Blue Beam
Radio but the staff and management of Blue Beam
Radio is not responsible for any copyrighted music
found on this website. We are a hosting provider
for music and mp3's. We do not endorse pirate
activities and will cooperate with legal authorities
on any matter. Blue Beam Radio provides a method
for musicians to upload and host mp3's and we
do not represent the musician at any time on this
website.
Any
musicians/artists found to be sharing copyrighted
music or distributing copyrighted music on our
website or their band
pages will have their account
immediately cancelled and their email/ip address/name
banned from the register page on our website.
If
the music/mp3 which the artist/musician has uploaded
is found to be questionable we will conduct an
investigation before we take proper action against
the account.

We expect all members on the website to respect
each other and treat each other in the same manner
that they want to be treated. We will issue warnings
if we find slander or discrimination on our website.

policy will be subject to investigation and if
deemed necessary, account cancellation.

time we would like to suggest to each member that
you keep all objectionable material at an acceptable
level. If we receive numerous complaints on your
music we will have to remove the music from our
website. Please keep your lyrics at an acceptable
level so that your music can remain on our website
and also on our
free internet radio station.

Cancellation

Beam Radio reserves the right to cancel any account
at any time if the member is in violation of our
Terms and Conditions. We will issue proper warning
before the account is cancelled so that the member
may explain their actions and remedy the issue.
Advertising
Disclosure
Blue
Beam Radio at this time reserves the right to
place any advertising on any members page. If
we believe that your
band pages is getting the
proper exposure, we express the right to place
advertisements on your page. These advertisements
are in place to help promote Blue Beam Radio.
Blue Beam Radio raises profits from its advertisers.
Future
Modifications
We
reserve the right to change or modify this agreement
in the future.
